A common problem encountered when organizations tinker (experiment)with Six Sigma implementation is that organizations waste valuable amounts of resources to implement the process but treats it as a once-and-done sort of event. When they see a little benefit, everyone celebrates after spending a lot on consultants, but once they leave, the old habits creep back in and erase all lessons learned from the implementation.

I feel the term "networking" is obscure for many military veterans. Most Vets understand computers, and computer networking, and network; but I write this from a military veteran’s perspective.  Coming together to form networks is unnatural for our most experienced veteran leaders.
